Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Artivoq. Because our canvas prints and motivational artwork are custom-made to order, our shipping and fulfillment process looks a little different from traditional retailers. Please review our shipping practices below.
1. Order Processing and Fulfillment Every piece of art is printed specifically for you once your order is placed.

Fulfillment Time: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to print, dry, and package your canvas print before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.

Please note that fulfillment time is separate from shipping time.
2. Estimated Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier, shipping times will vary depending on your location. Average transit times are:

Canada & USA: 3 to 8 business days

Europe & UK: 5 to 10 business days

International / Rest of World: 10 to 20 business days
Note: These are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volume, or postal strikes.
3. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined by the size of the canvas print, the destination address, and the shipping method selected.
4. Order Tracking When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, Artivoq is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is held at customs, it is the buyer's responsibility to clear it.
6. Damages and Lost Packages We want your artwork to arrive in perfect condition.

Damaged in Transit: If your canvas arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging. We will work with our printing partners to issue a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
7. Wrong Address and Returned to Sender Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
